These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the i1kfc4u platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and i1kfc4u ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). Access to and use of the i1kfc4u platform, including all games, betting services, and account features, is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register or use the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. i1kfc4u reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all accounts other than the first registered may be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card or passport number, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). i1kfc4u may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of your MyKad, passport, proof of address, or payment method documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. i1kfc4u does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
3.2 i1kfc4u will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify i1kfc4u support immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorised access.
3.3 All wagers and transactions executed through your Account are deemed to have been made by you. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your Account.
3.4 You must ensure that your Account contact details — particularly your email address and Malaysian mobile number — remain current. i1kfc4u is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
4.1 Accepted Methods. i1kfc4u accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at time of receipt. i1kfc4u is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum and maximum limits for each method are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically completed within 5 minutes. FPX bank transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to banking system conditions outside i1kfc4u's control.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. i1kfc4u reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience withdrawal delays. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified payment accounts in the Player's own name.
4.6 No Money Laundering. The Platform may not be used for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime. i1kfc4u reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
5.1 Bonuses and promotions are subject to individual Bonus Terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific Bonus Terms, the Bonus Terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered using real funds before a withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5.4 Abuse. i1kfc4u reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts, where it suspects bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
5.5 Modification. i1kfc4u reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by Players.
6.1 All wagers are final once confirmed. i1kfc4u does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
6.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in the i1kfc4u system shall be definitive, subject to any applicable review procedure.
6.3 i1kfc4u reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event affected by: technical malfunction, data feed error, palpable pricing error, match-fixing, or any circumstance rendering the integrity of the outcome unreliable.
6.4 All live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical events and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation by i1kfc4u.
6.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within each game interface and on individual sportsbook markets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

8.4 Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires. During any self-exclusion period, i1kfc4u will make all reasonable efforts to prevent promotional communications from being sent to the excluded Player.

9.1 All content on the i1kfc4u Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of i1kfc4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you under this licence.
9.3 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of i1kfc4u.
10.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i1kfc4u makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i1kfc4u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.3 i1kfc4u's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits i1kfc4u's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11.1 i1kfc4u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
11.2 Upon account closure for cause, i1kfc4u may withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately won from properly conducted wagers will be returned to the Player via verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course. Bonuses attached to the account will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which i1kfc4u is licensed to operate.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and i1kfc4u, the Player should first contact i1kfc4u's 24/7 support team. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution process available under the Platform's applicable licence terms.
12.3 All communications relating to dispute resolution must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]. i1kfc4u will acknowledge written dispute submissions within 5 business days and will provide a reasoned response within 28 days.
13.1 i1kfc4u reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no less than 7 days before taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
13.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any given transaction shall govern that transaction.
